At the boarder to Switzerland

These photos are still from our trip in Italy this Summer. It feels like it takes me forever to post all the photos [sorry].
During our week at Lake Como we also had a few days which weren't that sunny, so on the one rainy day we drove up to the Italian/Swiss boarder to get to a little place which was recommended to us by our landlords. It was such a small village with maybe only six houses and a Osteria at which we had a fantastic lunch.

I am still so much in thoughts after the terrible events in Paris last Friday. I am speechless, sad, angry...& also not sure what to think...

This looks wonderful – unbelievable that I haven't been to the Italian part of Switzerland yet. This has to change soon.

Very serene village. Very unique. I would love to wander around there.

Also, yes... I am very sad about what is happening to the world now. It's so frustrating. It should never have to be that way.
